Sos warzywny Marzeny

Składniki:

  • 2 marchewki
  • kawałek selera
  • 2 pietruszki
  • 1 cebula
  • 1 ziemniak
  • ½ szklanki śmietany
  • 1 szklanka bulionu warzywnego
  • ½ szklanki posiekanego zielonego koperku
  • sól, pieprz do smaku

    Sposób przyrządzenia:
    Warzywa umyć, zetrzeć na tarce o grubych oczkach, osolić i dodać masło. Chwilę poddusić i zalać gorącym rosołem. Ugotować do miękkości, lekko przestudzić i zmiksować. Przygotowany sos wymieszać ze śmietanką, podgrzać , dodać posiekany koperek, doprawić do smaku sokiem z cytryny, solą i pieprzem. Doskonale smakuje z gotowanymi rybami.
