Udka kurczaka w złotym cieście

Składniki:

  • 5 udek z kurczaka
  • 1 drobno posiekana cebulka
  • 2 jajka
  • 1 szklanka tartego żółtego sera
  • ½ szklanki mleka
  • 1 łyżeczka mąki ziemniaczanej
  • sól, pieprz, ulubione zioła
  • olej

    Sposób przyrządzenia:
    Umyte i osuszone udka kurczaka przekroić na połowę. Na patelni rozgrzać olej, obrumienić na nim porcje mięsa, odłożyć. Ser, mąkę ziemniaczaną, jajka, mleko i cebulkę zmiksować. W tak przygotowanym cieście moczyć obrumienione porcje mięsa, obtoczyć w tartej bułce. Tak przygotowane udka smażyć na złoty kolor i podawać z dodatkiem warzyw z wody i innymi ulubionymi dodatkami.
