Sałatka ziemniaczana z kolendrą Iwony

Składniki:

  • 5 ziemniaków ugotowanych w mundurkach
  • 1 duży ogórek kiszony
  • 1 duża cebula
  • ½ szklanki posiekanej zielonej natki pietruszki
  • sól, cukier, pieprz do smaku
  • szczypta rozgniecionej kolendry
  • 2-3 łyżki oleju sojowego


    Sposób przyrządzenia:

    Ugotowane ziemniaki pokroić w kostkę, dodać  pokrojony w kostkę  ogórek, oraz drobno posiekaną cebulę. Rozdrobnione składniki wymieszać z olejem sojowym i natką  posiekanej zielonej pietruszki, doprawić do smaku solą, pieprzem, cukrem i rozgniecioną kolendrą. Sałatkę podawać ozdobioną zieleniną i plastrami ogórka.
