Sałatka antipasto

Składniki:

  • 2 szkl. małych liści sałaty różnych gatunków
  • 5 pomidorów
  • 1 czerwona cebula
  • 2 jajka ugotowane na twardo
  • 6 czerwonych słodkich papryczek
  • 20 dag wędzonej szynki
  • 20 dag salami
  • 20 dag sera provolone
  • 10 dag salami pepereoni
  • 10 dag czarnych oliwek
  • 10 dag zielonych oliwek
  • 3 filety anchois
  • ½ szkl. dowolnego dresingu do sałatek

Sposób wykonania:

  1. Sałatę porwać na mniejsze kawałki, szynkę, ser, salami oraz peperoni pokroić w paski, pomidory w ósemki o cebulę na plasterki.
    Obrane jajka pokroić również na plasterki a  papryczki pozostawić w całości.
    Wszystkie składniki wymieszać ze sobą dodając oliwki oraz anchois.
    Dresing podawać osobno.
