Masło z sokiem cytrynowym

Składniki:

  • 1 kostka masła
  • 2 łyżeczki soku z cytryny
  • natka posiekanej zielonej pietruszki
  • sól, pieprz do smaku
  • 2 zmiażdżone ząbki czosnku

    Sposób przyrządzenia:

    W miseczce zmiksować kostkę masła na puszystą masę, dodawać kropla po kropli sok z cytryny. Pod koniec miksowania dodać posiekaną zieloną natkę pietruszki, zmiażdżony czosnek przyprawić do smaku solą i pieprzem. Doskonale smakuje z kotletem schabowym, befsztykiem, jako dodatek do kanapek i grzanek, do wędliny i żółtego sera.
