Wykonanie:
Orzech kokosowy wstawić na 30 min do piekarnika nagrzanego do 160 stopniC, a nastepnie w miejscu ciemnych plamek wywiercić otwory i wylac mleczko. Skorupę rozbic młotkiem. Z miąższu nozykiem do skrobania warzyw wycinać cienkie płatki.Blachę wyłożyć papierem do pieczenia i ułozyc na niej płatki kokosa. Piec 10 min. w 160 Stopniach C. Po 5 min. zamieszać i oprószyc cukrem pudrem.
