Grzyby z winem w śmietance

 

Składniki:

  • 500 g grzybów
  • łyżka masła
  • 2 łyżki białego półwytrawnego wina
  • sól
  • pieprz
  • słodka papryka
  • 1 szkl. śmietany
  • ½ szkl. startego żółtego sera

 

Sposób wykonania:

  1. Grzyby pokroić po czym podsmażyć na rozgrzanym maśle, wówczas wlać wino i trzymać na ogniu jeszcze około 2-4 minuty.
    Doprawić do smaku solą, pieprzem oraz papryką.
    Następnie dodać śmietanę oraz starty ser.
    Pozostawić na ogniu cały czas mieszając do zgestnienia.
