Deser serowy z owocami

Składniki:
350 g białego sera
250 g owoców (maliny, porzeczki, jagody, poziomki, jeżyny)
2 łyżki białego słodkiego wina
4 łyżki galaretki porzeczkowej
cukier puder do posypania

 

Sposób przygotowania:
Ser przetrzeć przez sito. Wyrabiać łyżka, aż masa będzie gładka i pulchna. Dodać galaretka i łyżkę wina, wymieszać składniki. 4 foremki skropić łyżka wina, przełożyć do nich masy serową. Ugnieść, wyrównać wierzch. Deser wstawić do lodówki na 3 godz. Owoce opłukać, osuszyć. Deser udekorować owocami, oprószyć cukrem pudrem.
