Zapiekanka z selerów

Składniki:

    • 750 g selerów z nacią
    • 750 g ziemniaków
    • 2 kości wołowe ze szpikiem
    • anyżek
    • 3/4 szklanki śmietany
    • 150 g twardego sera


    Sposób przyrządzenia:
    Odciąć nać z selerów, umyć, drobno posiekać, selery umyć, obrać i pokrajać w kawałki. Obrane ziemniaki pokrajać w plasterki i ugotować w osolonej wodzie. Ułożyć na wysmarowanym masłem półmisku do zapiekania. Wyjąć szpik z ugotowanych kości (smak można wykorzystać do zupy), rozdrobnić. Wymieszać z selerami, podusić 5 minut razem na patelni, dodać trochę anyżku, położyć na ziemniaki. Polać śmietaną, posypać posiekaną natką i utartym serem. Zapiekać 25 minut w piekarniku o temperaturze 200°C.
