Szybkie tanie danie z mortadeli

Składniki:

  • ½ kg mortadeli
  • 2 jajka
  • 4 łyżki śmietany
  • 3 szklanki płatków kukurydzianych
  • 3-4 łyżki mąki pszennej
  • sól, pieprz do smaku
  • olej


    Sposób przyrządzenia:

    Kiełbasę pokroić na plastry około1,5 cm. Śmietanę, mąkę i jajka wymieszać razem, ciasto powinno mieć konsystencję tak jak na naleśniki. Doprawić do smaku solą i pieprzem. Płatki kukurydziane rozwałkować wałkiem do ciasta. Plastry mortadeli obtoczyć w płatkach. Smażyć na patelni z obu stron na złocisty kolor. Podawać z ziemniakami i ulubioną sezonową surówką.
