Steki z zielonym pieprzem

Składniki:

  • 2 łyżki ziaren zielonego pieprzu w zalewie
  • 4 steki
  • 30 g masła
  • 4 łyżki oliwy z oliwek
  • 120 ml koniku
  • 2 łyżki śmietany

    Sposób wykonania:
    Ziarenka pieprzu rozgnieść widelcem po czym powbijać je w mięso.
    Następnie smażyć steki na rozgrzanym maśle i oliwie.
    Wlać koniak i trzymać do momentu, aż odparuje, wówczas wlać śmietanę i smażyć kolejne 5 minut.
    Usmażone steki ułożyć na talerzach i polać sosem z patelni.
