Sos wiśniowy z wiśniówką

 

Składniki:

  • 0, 5 l słoika wydrylowanych wiśni w syropie
  • 2 goździki
  • 1,5 cm kory cynamonu
  • ½ szkl. soku z winogron
  • łyżka budyniu wiśniowego
  • sok z cytryny
  • cukier
  • 50 ml wiśniówki

 

Sposób wykonania:

  1. Sok z winogron, goździki, cynamon oraz sok z cytryny zagotować po czym dodać budyń wymieszany z 3  łyżkami wody.
    Całość wymieszać i jeszcze raz zagotować.
    Trzymamy na małym ogniu 2 minuty po czym odstawić na bok, wyjąć goździki i cynamon a  dodać wiśnie oraz alkohol.
    Dokładnie wymieszać i skropić so smaku cukrem. Idelany do ciast i deserów.
