Pychotka.pl – Przepisy Kulinarne

Sos niemiecki

Składniki:

  • 10 dag pieczarek,
  • 1 łyżka masła,
  • 3 dag tłuszczu,
  • 3 dag mąki,
  • 300 ml wywaru z ryb,
  • 100 ml białego wytrawnego wina,
  • 5 dag ketchupu,
  • sól, pieprz, tymianek i majeranek do smaku.

Sposób przyrządzenia:
Oczyszczone pieczarki drobno pokroić. Usmażyć na maśle. Z tłuszczu i mąki przygotować jasną zasmażkę. Rozprowadzić zimnym wywarem. Intensywnie mieszając zagotować. Dodać pieczarki. Dusić na wolnym ogniu przez 10 min. od czasu do czasu mieszając. Pod koniec duszenia dodać wino i ketchup. Doprawić solą, pieprzem, tymiankiem i majerankiem do smaku.
Podawać do pieczonych i gotowanych ryb.
