Soczyste kotlety z marynaty

Składniki:

  • 4 kotlety wieprzowe
  • olej

    Marynata:

  • 1 cebula
  • 2 ząbki czosnku
  • 100 ml czerwonego wytrawnego wina
  • 2 łyżki sosu sojowego
  • 2 łyżki majeranku
  • 2 łyżki tymianku
  • chili
  • sól
  • pieprz
  • olej

Sposób wykonania:

  1. Cebulę oraz czosnek posiekać po czym wymieszać ze wszystkimi pozostałymi składnikami podanymi na marynatę.
    Następnie kotlety lekko zbić tłuczkiem po czym włożyć do marynaty.
    Wstawić do lodówki pod przykryciem na 2 godziny.
    Po tym czasie wyjąc kotlety z marynaty i usmażyć na rozgrzanym oleju.
