Smażone jarzyny na zielono

Składniki:

  • ½ kapusty pekińskiej
  • 350 g różyczek brokułów
  • 2 łyżeczki oleju sezamowego
  • 2 łyżki oleju sojowego
  • 2 ząbki czosnku
  • 1 łyżka startego imbiru
  • 150 g groszku cukrowego
  • ¼ szkl. sosu hoisin
  • ¼ szkl. chińskiego wina

Sposób wykonania:

  1. Czosnek posiekać i wrzucić razem z imbirem na patelnie z rozgrzanym olejem sezamowym i sojowym.
    Po około 30 sekundach dodać groszek, brokuły oraz posiekaną kapustę pekińską.
    Całość wymieszać i trzymać na ogniu około 3 minut.
    Po tym czasie wlać wino oraz sos hoisin i dusić jeszcze około 1 minuty.
