Pita z serkiem jogurtowym, figami i miodem

Składniki:

  • 2 szkl. naturalnego pełnotłustego jogurt
  • 2 chlebki pita
  • 4 łyżki miodu
  • 8 fig

    Sposób wykonania: 
    Jogurt przelać na sito wyłożone filtrem do kawy po czym włoży całość do miski i wstawić do lodówki na całą noc.
    Następnego dnia chlebki pita wstawić do piekarnika rozgrzanego do 180 stopni i podgrzewać ok. 3 min.
    W między czasie jogurtowy serem wyjąć po czym rozsmarować go na chlebkach.
    Przed podaniem ułożyć jeszcze na nim figi pokrojone na połówki i skropić całość miodem.
