Muffiny budapesztańskie

Składniki: mufinywegierskie8zl.jpg
50 dag salami w plastrach
1 zielona papryka
1 cebula
360 g mąki pszennej
120 g mąki Grahama
1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia
1 łyżeczka soli
3 łyżeczki kminku
2 łyżeczki miodu(płynnego)
100 g masła
400 ml mleka
Sposób przyrządzenia:
Salami pokroić w paseczki.Paprykę pokroić w kosteczkę.Cebulę drobno posiekać.Nastawić piekarnik na 195 C.Wymieszać mąki,proszek do pieczenia ,sól i kminek.Dodać miód i tłuszcz pokrojony na kawałki.Wlać mleko,szybko wyrobić ciasto.Dodać salami,paprykę i cebulę.Dokładnie natłuścić foremki i wypełnić ciastem do 3/4 wysokości.Piec ok.16 minut. Dekoracja i podanie: Przed pieczeniem posypujemy muffiny 60-80 g ostrego sera. Podajemy jako dodatek do zupy lub sałatki.
