Łosoś marynowany z koperkiem

 

Składniki:

  • 3 pęczki koperku
  • 1 kg wyfiletowanego łososia
  • 4 łyżki soli
  • 5 łyżek cukru
  • 1 łyżka pieprzu w ziarnach
  • ziele angielskie
  • gorczyca

 

Sposób wykonania:

  1. Sól oraz cukier wymieszać ze sobą po czym połowa mieszanki natrzeć filet po czym ułożyć go na talerzu z rozsypanym koperkiem.
    Dodać ziarna pieprzu, gorczycy oraz ziela angielskiego.
    Przykryć folią aluminiową i wstawić do lodówki na 3 godziny.
    Po tym czasie zeskrobać z filetów przyprawy i pokroić na małe kawałki.
