Kurczak z rodzynkami

Składniki:

  • 800 g kurczaka
  • 3-4 łyżki rodzynek
  • 2-3 łyżki masła
  • 1 pietruszka
  • łyżka mąki
  • sól
  • pieprz

Sposób wykonania:

  1. Rodzynki sparzyć wrzątkiem.
    Następnie kurczaka podzielić na porcje, które zalać wodą.
    Wrzucić jeszcze masło, pietruszki oraz sól i pieprz do smaku, gotować.
    W między czasie na rozgrzanym maśle przesmażyć mąkę, którą rozprowadzić bulionem.
    Kurczaka przełożyć do żaroodpornego naczynia, posypać rodzynkami i zalać sosem.
    Wstawić do rozgrzanego piekarnika na 10 minut.
