wieprzowina w plastrach (schab, polędwica)
szpinak
ser żółty
2 łyżki tartej bułki
1 jajko
sól, pieprz
oliwa
Sposób wykonania:
Mięso umyć i osączyć, przyprawić, upiec na rozgrzanej oliwie. Szpinak rozdrobnić, ser zetrzeć na tarce. Ze szpinaku, sera oraz pozostałych składników sporządzić gęstą masę. Osączone z tłuszczu mięso obłożyć masą szpinakową, zapiekać w piekarniku nagrzanym do około 200 stopni przez 20 minut.
