Kapuśniak z serem

Składniki:

  • 50 g masła
  • 2 ząbki czosnku
  • 1 cebula
  • 75 dag chudego boczku
  • 1 kapusta
  • 1,5 l gorącego wywaru z jarzyn
  • 4 kromki zarumienionego chleba
  • 180 g sera czedar
  • sól
  • pieprz

Sposób wykonania:

  1. Na rozgrzane masło wrzucić posiekany czosnek, cebule oraz boczek.
    Gdy się zarumienią dodać poszatkowaną kapustę i trzymać na ogniu pod przykryciem ok. 5 minut.
    Następnie wlać wywar i gotować jeszcze przez 15 minut.
    Doprawić do smaku solą oraz pieprzem.
    Przed podaniem do każdej porcji włożyć kromkę chleba z serem.
