Jajka w pikantnym majonezie

Składniki:

 

    • 5 ugotowanych na twardo jajek, podzielonych na ćwiartki
    • 1 łyżka soku z cytryny
    • 1 łyżka posiekanej natki pietruszki
  • Pikantny majonez:

    • ½ szklanki majonezu
    • szczypta soli
    • szczypta pieprzu czarnego
    • szczypta pieprzu kajeńskiego
    • szczypta chili

Sposób przyrządzenia:
Pokrojone jajka ułożyć na salaterce, skropić sokiem z cytryny, posypać drobno posiekaną natką pietruszki. Majonez zmiksować wraz z przyprawami, polać delikatnie jajka, ozdobić zieleniną.
