Składniki:

 

  • 2 pojedyncze filety z kurczaka
  • przyprawa do gyrosa
  • sól
  • pieprz
  • olej

 

 

Przygotowanie:
Filety pokroić w długie  paski. Oprószyć solą, pieprzem i przyprawą do gyrosa. Skropić olejem. Paski mięsa nabijać na patyczki wzdłuż lekko je skręcając. Szaszłyki ułożyć na tacce aluminiowej i wstawić do lodówki na pół godziny. Następnie grillować około 30 minut. Podawać z pieczonymi ziemniakami i sałatką.
