Fasola z wędzonym boczkiem i żółtym serem Iwony

Składniki:

  • ½ kg fasoli
  • 20 dkg wędzonego boczku
  • 10 dkg żółtego sera
  • 3-4 łyżki  keczupu
  • sól, pieprz do smaku
  • ½ szklanki posiekanej zielonej natki pietruszki


    Sposób przyrządzenia:

    Fasolę  opłukać, namoczyć  w letniej przegotowanej wodzie na kilka godzin, ugotować w wodzie w której się moczyła, odparować pozostały wywar. Boczek pokroić w paseczki i usmażyć. Do fasoli dodać, boczek, keczup, starty  ser i doprawić do smaku solą i pieprzem, poddusić około 5 minut. Przed podaniem posypać posiekaną zieloną natką  pietruszki. Podawać z surówkami warzywnymi.
