Bekonowe koreczki z pomidorkiem i śliwkami

Składniki:

  • 12 małych pomidorków
  • 12 śliwek suszonych bez pestek
  • 12 długich, cienkich plastrów bekonu (boczku )
  • 2 łyżki oleju
  • tymianek
  • świeża bazylia

    Sposób wykonania:
    Pomidory naciąć na krzyż po czym do każdego pomidorka wbić śliwkę w miejsce nacięcia.
    Całość  owinąć plasterkiem boczku i spiąć wykałaczka.
    Następnie oprószyć tymiankiem i zarumienić na rozgrzanym tłuszczu.
    Na sam koniec udekorować listkami bazylii.
