Barszcz buraczany Iwony

Składniki:

  • 4-5 ugotowanych buraków
  • 1 szklanka zalewy z kiszonych ogórków
  • 2 ząbki czosnku
  • 2 litry warzywnego bulionu z kostki
  • listek laurowy
  • ziele angielskie
  • sól, cukier, pieprz do smaku
     

Sposób przyrządzenia:
Ugotowane buraki obrać, pokroić w plastry i zalać bulionem. Dodać 3-4 łyżki zalewy z ogórków kiszonych, listek laurowy, ziele angielskie i gotować na małym ogniu. Pod koniec gotowania dodać resztę zalewy z ogórków, roztarty czosnek. Doprawić do smaku. Można jak ktoś lubi zabielić na talerzu śmietaną. Dobrze smakuje z ziemniakami piure, fasolą itp.
