Bardzo ostry sos indyjski

Skład:

  • 2 jabłka winne
  • 2 cebule
  • 15 ostrych papryczek (chili, peperoni)
  • 1 ogórek
  • 3 pomidory
  • ½ łyżeczki cukru
  • ½ łyżeczki pieprzu
  • 2 łyżeczki soli
  • ¾ litra octu winnego

Sposób wykonania:
Jabłka obrać, usunąć gniazda nasienne. Ogórka obrać, przekroić usunąć nasiona. Pomidory sparzyć, obrać ze skóry. Papryczki przekroić (uwaga na oczy) usunąć nasiona. Wszystkie składniki bardzo drobno posiekać, dodać przyprawy, włożyć do słoja, zalać octem winnym. Trzymać szczelnie zamknięty w ciemnym miejscu.
