Zupa gulaszowa

 

Składniki:

 

    • 50dkg mięso mieszane
    • 3 świeże papryki
    • 1 duża marchew pokrojona w plastry
    • 1 cebula
    • smalec (łyżka)
    • papryka, sól, pieprz
    • 3-4 duże pomidory

Sposób przyrządzenia:
Cebulę obrać, pokroić w kostkę, zeszklić na smalcu. Dodać przyprawy, po kilku minutach smażenia dodać pokrojone w koskę mięso i świeże pokrojone kostkę papryki, marchew (5 min mieszając). Zalać około 1 litrem wywaru mięsnego, gotować około godziny.
Dodać pomidory pokrojone w kostkę i chwilę poddusić.
