Pychotka.pl – Przepisy Kulinarne

Zupa ziemniaczano-marchwiowa

 

Składniki:

  • 1 łyżka oliwy
  • 1 por
  • 3 ząbki czosnku
  • 1 ½ łyżki przyprawy tajskiej
  • 750 g słodkich ziemniaków
  • 750 g marchwi
  • 5 szkl. bulionu
  • 400 ml mleka kokosowego
  • sól
  • pieprz

 

Sposób wykonania:

  1. Pokrojonego pora oraz czosnek przesmażyć na rozgrzanej oliwie, wówczas dodać przyprawę tajska i jeszcze chwile smażyć.
    Następnie wrzucić pokrojone w ziemniaki oraz marchew.
    Całość zalać bulionem i mlekiem koksowym.
    Doprowadzić do zagotowania i trzymać na ogniu około 30 minut.
    Po tym czasie całość zmiksować i doprawić do smaku.
