Zupa z owoców morza

 

Składniki:

  • 1,5 wywaru z kurczaka
  • 1 krab
  • 6 muli
  • 6 krewetek tygrysich
  • 150 g pierścieni kalmarów
  • 2 łodygi trawy cytrynowej
  • kawałek galangalu
  • 150 g filetów z białej morskiej ryby
  • 2-3 łyżki soku z limetki
  • 2-3 łyżki sosu rybnego
  • 4-6 małych papryczek chili
  • 1 pęczek bazylii
  • 3-4 liście limetki

 

Sposób wykonania:

  1. Bulion doprowadzić do wrzenia, wówczas dodać kraba pokrojonego na małe kawałki i ponownie zagotować.
    Następnie dodać galangal pokrojony na kawałki, liście limetki, trawę cytrynową, kalmary, mule oraz rybę.
    Trzymać na ogniu około 5 minut po czym zdjąć z ognia i doprawić do smaku sokiem z limetki, cukrem oraz sosem rybnym.
    Przed podaniem udekorować paseczkami chili oraz bazylią.
