Zupa rybacka szwedzka

Skład:

  • 250g filetów z morszczuka
  • 250g filetów z dorsza
  • 11/2 szklanki mleka
  • 1 cebula
  • 1 marchewka
  • 1 pietruszka
  • natka pietruszki
  • pieprz i sól

Sposób wykonania:
Marchew, pietruszkę oraz cebulę obrać pokroić, ugotować w wodzie, przyprawić solą i pieprzem. Umyte filety z dorsza i morszczuk gotować w mleku przez około 5 minut na małym ogniu. Wyjąć i przełożyć do ugotowanych jarzyn. Mleko odparować do około 2/3 objętości, dodać do wywaru z jarzynami i rybą. Pogotować przez kilka minut na małym ogniu. Posypać posiekaną natką pietruszki.
