Zupa krabowo-imbirowa

Składniki:

  • 1 marchewka
  • 1 por
  • 1 listek laurowy
  • 850 ml wywaru z ryby
  • 2 kraby
  • 2 ½ laski imbiru
  • 1 łyżeczka jasnego sosu sojowego
  • ½ łyżeczki mielonego anyżu
  • sól
  • pieprz

Sposób wykonania:
Do garnka wlać wywar, dodać do niego posiekaną marchewkę i por oraz listek laurowy.
Doprowadzić do wrzenia  i gotować pod przykryciem około 10 minut.
W miedzy czasie z  karbów usunąć dokładnie mięso i dodać je do wywaru.
Dodać jeszcze sos, sojowy, imbir oraz anyż i gotować kolejne 10 minut.
Na koniec doprawić do smaku.
