Zalewajka z ziemniakami i grzybami

Składniki:

  • 0,5 l żuru
  • 75 dag ziemniaków
  • 25 dag słoniny
  • cebula
  • 2-3 ząbki czosnku
  • kilka suszonych grzybów
  • liść laurowy
  • ziele angielskie
  • sól
  • pieprz

Sposób wykonania:

  1. Namoczone grzyby zalać wrzątkiem po czym dodać jeszcze liść laurowy, ziele angielskie, czosnek, cebulę pokrojoną w ćwiartki oraz obrane ziemianki pokrojone w kostkę.
    Całość ugotować do miękkości, wówczas wlać zakwas i gotować jeszcze kilka minut.
    Następnie słoninę pokroić i stopić ja na patelni.
    Skwarkami okrasić zupę i doprawić do smaku solą oraz pieprzem.
