Składniki:

  • schab wieprzowy 1 kg
  • mąka 10 łyżek
  • sól
  • pieprz
  • smalec do smażenia

    Sposób przyrządzenia:
    Schab należy pokroić w plasterki, a następnie zbić tłuczkiem kuchennym.
    Obsypać solą i pieprzem, odstawić na pól godziny. Na patelni należy
    rozgrzać tłuszcz, smażyć na nim zrazy obtaczane w mace pszennej. Po
    usmażeniu przekładać je do garnka z niewielką ilością wrzątku.
