Tartinki z tuńczykiem

Składniki:

    • 8 kromek z bułki francuskiej (weka)
    • 40 dkg tuńczyka w sosie własnym
    • 1 ząbek czosnku
    • 3 łyżki majonezu
    • 1 cebula
    • 1 łyżeczka soku z cytryny
    • 20 dkg tartego sera
    • pieprz
    • posiekana natka pietruszki

Sposób przyrządzenia:
Tuńczyka odsączyć z zalewy. Cebulę i czosnek obrać, cebulę pokroić w drobną kostkę, czosnek zmiażdżyć w prasce. Tuńczyka rozgnieść widelcem, dodać cebulę, czosnek, majonez, sok z cytryny i pieprz wg upodobań, bardzo dokładnie wymieszać. Na każdej kromce z bułki rozłożyć masę rybną, posypać serem i natką pietruszki. Zapiekać w piekarniku nagrzanym do 220 stopni Celsjusza.
