Szynka w herbacie

 

Składniki:

  • 500 g surowej szynki
  • 1 jabłko
  • 2 łyżki masła
  • 1 łyżeczka czarnej herbaty
  • 1 łyżeczka zielonej herbaty
  • 2 ząbki czosnku
  • 1 łyżka mąki
  • sól

 

 

Sposób wykonania:

  1. Mięso lekko obgotować w wodzie po czym go odsączyć, pokroić w plastry i obsmażyć na rozgrzanym maśle.
    Następnie posypać mięso herbatą, dodać posiekany czosnek oraz jabłko pokrojone w kostkę.
    Trzymać na małym ogniu około 35 minut.
    Po tym czasie mięso wyjąc a sos zmiksować.
    Zagęścić go mąką i polać mięso.
