Szaszłyki z kalmarów, bekonu i papryki

Składniki:

  • 270 g kalmarów
  • 400 g bekonu
  • 400g czerwonej papryki
  • 2 liski bazylii
  • szczypta oregano
  • starta skórka z 2 cytryn
  • 120 ml oliwy z oliwek
  • sól
  • pieprz

Sposób wykonania:

  1. Paprykę oraz bekon pokroić na kawałki a kalmary w pierścieni po czym nabijać pokrojone składniki na przemian na patyczki do szaszłyków.
    Następnie oliwę wymieszać z sokiem i skórką z cytryny, pieprzem, oeragno oraz solą po czym skropić szaszłyki.
    Wstawić je do piekarnika rozgrzanego do 180 stopni dość często obracając i skrapiając sosem.
