Surówka z rzeżuchy

 Składniki:

  • 1 opakowanie rzeżuchy
  • 2 kwaśne jabłka
  • 2 łyżeczki pestek słonecznika
  • 1 łyżeczka pestek dyni
  • sok z cytryny
  • oliwa z oliwek
  • sól do smaku

     Sposób przyrządzenia:
    Rzeżuchę  umyć, osączyć na papierowym ręczniku. Jabłka umyć, obrać i zetrzeć na tarce na dużych oczkach, skropić cytryną. W szklanej salaterce wymieszać rzeżuchę, jabłka, posypać pestkami słonecznika i dyni. Przyprawić solą do smaku, wymieszać z oliwą z oliwek.
