Sos z natki pietruszki do dorsza

Składniki:

  • 25 g masła
  • 2 łyżki mąki
  • 350 ml wywaru z ryby
  • 2 łyżki posiekanej natki pietruszki
  • sól
  • pieprz

    Sposób wykonania:
    Na rozgrzanym maśle przesmażyć mąkę, którą rozprowadzić wywarem z gotowania ryby.
    Dokładnie wymieszać i gotować około 10 minut, aż sos zgęstnieje.
    Następnie dodać do niego posiekaną natkę pietruszki oraz sos i pieprz do smaku.   
    Filety ułożyć na półmisku i polać je sosem.
