Składniki:

  • 2 całe jajka
  • 8dkg cukru
  • ½ litra białego wina
  • otarta skórka z cytryny

    Sposób przyrządzenia:
    Do miseczki wbić całe jajka, dodać trzy żółtka, cukier i ucierać na gładką masę. Do utartej masy jajecznej wlewać powoli  gorące wino, ciągle ubijając, podgrzewając miskę w kąpieli wodnej i ubijać, aż zgęstnieje. Przyprawić  otartą  skórką cytrynową i podawać gorący. Znakomity gorący sos do deserów.
