Sos czosnkowy Iwony

Składniki:

  • 1 jajko
  • zmielony kolorowy pieprz
  • 2 ząbki czosnku
  • 3 łyżki soku z cytryny
  • 6 łyżek oliwy z oliwek
  • szczypta soli
  • mały seler naciowy
  • 1 cebulka szalotka

    Sposób przyrządzenia:
    Jajko ugotować na twardo, wyjąć żółtko, zmiażdżyć czosnek, dodać do smaku sól, wszystko utrzeć na jednolitą masę, doprawić pieprzem. Powoli dolewać oliwę, dodać sok z cytryny. Seler pokroić w cieniutkie krążki, białko posiekać ,szalotkę posiekać. Seler, białko, szalotkę połączyć z sosem.  Bardzo dobrze smakuje z rybą z grilla.
