Pychotka.pl – Przepisy Kulinarne

Sałatka z pieczonych buraków, cebulki i orzechów

Składniki:

  • 2 buraki
  • 1 czerwona cebula
  • ¼ szkl. natki pietruszki
  • 3 łyżki oleju z orzechów laskowych
  • 1 łyżka octu winnego
  • 3 łyżki prażonych orzechów laskowych
  • sól
  • pieprz

Sposób wykonania:

  1. Burki owinąć w folie aluminiową po czym wstawić je do piekarnia rozgrzanego do 190 stopni i piec ok. 1 godziny.
    Następnie buraki wyjąć, obrać i pokroić kostkę, wówczas dodać do nich cebule pokrojoną na plasterki, posiekana natkę pietruszki oraz orzechy laskowe.
    Całość wymieszać i skropić olejem oraz octem winnym i doprawić do smaku solą oraz pieprzem.
