Rosół z klopsami wołowymi

Składniki:

  • 1 kg mięsa wołowego
  • marchew
  • seler
  • por
  • pietruszka
  • vegeta
  • 25 dag mielonego mięsa
  • jajko
  • bułka tarta
  • 1 kg kaszy manny
     

Sposób wykonania:

  1. Warzywa obrać i pokroić na mniejsze kawałki, wrzucić do garnka.
    Dodać jeszcze mięso i zalać całość wodą.
    Ugotować wywar.
    W między czasie do mięsa mielonego dodać trochę bułki tarte oraz przyprawy do smaku.
    Uformować małe klopsy, które wrzucić do rosołu i gotować kilka minut.
    Następnie kasze ugotować według opisu na opakowaniu i przed pdoaneim dodać ją do zupy.
