Sos Vinegrette

Skład:

  • 2 łyżki siekanego czosnku
  • 2 łyżki musztardy DIJON
  • pół łyżki soli
  • 1/4 łyżki świeżo mielonego pieprzu
  • 1/4 szklanki czerwonego lub białego octu winnego
  • szklanka extra virgin oliwy lub oliwy z nasion ("pinut oil") albo kombinacja obydwu

Sposób przyrządzenia:
Wszystko włożyć do słoika ze szczelną zakrętką (twist), dobrze potrząsnąć, doprawić octem lub oliwą wg gustu. Można trzymać w lodówce co najmniej 2 tyg.
