Pychotka.pl – Przepisy Kulinarne

Pożywna gęsta zupa jarzynowa

 

Składniki:

  • 40 dkg wędzonego boczku
  • 80 dkg marchewki
  • 40 dkg selera
  • 2 duże pory
  • 4 cebule
  • 4 łyżki masła
  • 1 ½ kg ziemniaków
  • przyprawa typu Vegeta
  • pieprz, sól do smaku

 

 

 

Sposób przyrządzenia:
Marchew i seler umyć. Marchew pokroić w cienkie plasterki, seler pokroić w kostkę. Cebulę oczyścić i posiekać. Warzywa dusić na rozgrzanym maśle około 5-10 minut, zalać 1 ½ litrem wody i gotować 30 minut, następnie zmiksować Doprawić do smaku Vegetą i pieprzem. Ziemniaki umyć, pokroić w kostkę, pory umyć pokroić w krążki, dodać do zmiksowanych warzyw i jeszcze gotować 30 minut. Boczek pokroić w kostkę i wytopić na suchej patelni. Skwarki osączyć z nadmiaru tłuszczu i posypać przed podaniem.
