Polędwiczki wieprzowe z gorgonzolą

Skład:

  • 4 polędwiczki
  • 25dkg sera gorgonzola
  • 30dkg kurek
  • 10dkg masła
  • oliwa
  • sól , pieprz
  • tymianek, rozmaryn

Sposób przyrządzenia:
Mięso oprószyć pieprzem i solą, obsmażyć na oliwie. Ser pokroić w plastry. Polędwiczki naciąć wzdłuż i w powstałą kieszeń wsypać po łyżeczce tymianku a następnie włożyć ser. Spiąć wykałaczkami i zawinąć polędwiczki w folię aluminiową. Piec 25 min w piekarniku rozgrzanym do 200 stopni.
Kurki oczyścić i powoli smażyć na maśle z dodatkiem rozmarynu, pieprzu i soli. Upieczone polędwiczki podawać z kurkami..
