Polędwiczki wieprzowe grillowane w musztardowej glazurze

Składniki:

  • 1 kg polędwiczek wieprzowych

    Marynata:

  • 2 łyżki ulubionej musztardy
  • 4 rozgniecione ząbki czosnku
  • 2 łyżki soku z cytryny
  • 1 łyżeczka koniaku
  • sól, pieprz do smaku

    Sposób przyrządzenia:

    Polędwiczki umyć, dokładnie osuszyć. Składniki marynaty zmiksować natrzeć nią polędwiczki, odstawić na 30 minut. Piec na dobrze nagrzanym grillu obracając kilkakrotnie. Mięso możemy podawać gdy temperatura wewnątrz porcji osiągnie 85 stopni C lub nakłute głęboko będzie wydzielało klarowny, bezbarwny sok.
