Składniki:

  • 2 1/3 kg wołowiny
  • 2 łyżeczki soli

  • ½ szkl sosu barbecue
  • ½ szkl cukru
  • 8 marchewek
  • 6 ziemniaków
  • 2 cebule
  • 20 dag okry

Sposób wykonania:
Mięso natarte solą obsmażyć w żeliwnym garnku na rozgrzanym maśle.
Wówczas zmniejszyć ogień, wlać do mięsa sos barbecue i cydr.
Wstawić do piekarnika pod przykryciem rozgrzanego do 160 stopni na 3-4 godziny.
Godzinę przed końcem dodać do mięsa marchewki pokrojone na kawałki, ziemniaki pokrojone na ćwiartki oraz cebulę pokrojoną w plasterki.
Natomiast na 15 minut przed końcem wrzucić jeszcze okrę.
