Składniki:

  • 50 dkg grubo pokrojonej kapusty
  • 40 dkg mini kolb kukurydzy konserwowanych
  • 4 oczyszczone, grubo pokrojone papryki
  • 20 dkg oczyszczonych, pokrojonych na połowę małych pieczarek
  • 2 pokrojone ząbki czosnku
  • kilka piórek dymki
  • sól, pieprz
  • olej

    Sposób przyrządzenia:
    Przygotowane warzywa przyprawić, skropić olejem, wymieszać. Całość umieścić na aluminiowej tacce do grillowania. Piec na grillu lub w piekarniku mieszając aż warzywa będą odpowiednio miękkie. Podawać z dodatkiem pikantnych sosów.
