Pachnące orientem udka z kurczaka

Składniki:

 

  • 6 udek z kurczaka
  • olej
  • cytryna

     

    Marynata:

  • 2 szklanki jogurtu
  • 1 łyżeczka tartego imbiru
  • 3 ząbki czosnku
  • sól, papryka i pieprz do smaku
  • mielony cynamon, kminek, kolendra i goździki do smaku

 

 

Sposób przyrządzenia:
Składniki marynaty zmiksować. Umyte i osuszone udka kurczaka ponacinać ostrym nożem, umieścić w misce, zalać marynatą, na noc odstawić do lodówki. Przed pieczeniem porcje mięsa obsączyć z nadmiaru marynaty, skropić olejem. Piec w dobrze nagrzanym piekarniku kilkakrotnie obracając i polewając powstałym sosem. Podawać z kawałkami cytryny.
